18 September 2016 Tour of the Cotswolds / Cleeve Motorsport Club Scenic Tour Again, starting and finishing in Bishops Cleeve near Cheltenham this years 'Tour' will have a route of about 115 miles in the lovely North Cotswolds. A full English breakfast and a light buffet at the finish will be provided. There will be a coffee break after 40 miles and a lunch halt at 78 miles. The entry fee is, as last, year £45. 18 September 2016 Wessex Classic Car Tour / Classic Motoring Organisation Scenic Tour / Somerset & Dorset Described by previous participants as “a first class event”, “thoroughly enjoyable”, and “very well organised”, the 2015 Wessex Classic Car Tour on Sunday 20th September is bound to prove as popular as ever. Starting in Ilminster the 100 mile route will take the old cars through beautiful Somerset and Devon countryside. Following a stop for lunch at the magnificent botanical gardens of Bicton Park, near Sidmouth the cars will return to finish at Brympton House, near Yeovil. The entry fee for a crew of two is just £60 which includes lunch and tea. And, in addition to enjoying the glorious Autumn countryside, participants will also be helping raise funds for the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance. www.ivcvc.co.uk

24 June 2016 Tour de Bretagne / Classic Motoring Organisation Scenic Tour (two day) / Brittany Starting from St Malo on Friday 24 June and with two nights in the 4-star Hotel Port Le Jerzual in Dinan, the route explores some of Brittany’s most beautiful countryside. 12 June 2016 Falcon Classic Car Tour / Falcon Motor Club Scenic Tour / Shambrook, Bedfordshire Starting from The Old Watermill, Barton-le-Clay on the A6 just north of Luton, and finishing at the Millhouse Hotel in the village of Sharnbrook Bedfordshire. This tour of around 100 miles will drift into Cambridgeshire & Northamptonshire before returning to Bedfordshire following a theme of “Mills”. A halfway coffee stop is also planned.Open to all Classic Cars built before 1990 (and later cars of special interest) entry is restricted to 50 vehicles. 10 April 2016 Corinium Run / Cirencester Car Club Economy Scenic Tour (HRCR) / Cotswolds Starting and finishing near Cirencester, the run takes in the pretty villages and the dry-stone walled majesty of the Cotswolds as it covers approximately 100 miles on a tulip roadbook. As well as asking participants to nominate the economy figure that they expected to achieve (and calculating the deviation from this target) the organisers resurrected the efficiency formula pioneered by the Mobilgas Economy Runs of the 1960s and 1970s as an incentive to drive as economically as possible.
